This article will guide you through resetting your primary Felician account password.
Getting started
Currently, your primary Felician account (username@felician.edu or username@students.felician.edu) can be used for the following systems. Resetting this account password will affect
Office 365 (Email, etc.)
Campus computers
Campus wireless
Resetting this password will immediately affect the above.
For example, if you have the wireless set up on your phone, you will need to update the password there after a successful password reset.
Registering for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
SSPR registration must be completed before you can reset your password.
This will allow you to tie various recovery methods such as your cell phone or personal email to your Felician account. If you are ever locked out or forget your password, these will be used as the alternate contact and verification methods to help you regain access to your account.
If you do not have access to your account at this point, please contact the Felician Helpdesk. You must be able log into your account in order to complete the registration step.
Once at the registration page, click the Add method button to proceed, then follow the on screen instructions. We very strongly recommend adding multiple recovery methods.
