To recreate the connection:
In the VPN client, right click the icon by the clock and select "VPN" options. It will bring up the connections screen.
It will list the connection of "vpn.felician.edu"
Click on the “delete” button
Next click “new”
Enter vpn.felician.edu and click “Next”
choose “standard” for the login option
authentication method is: "Username and Password"
It will ask you if you want to connect
click "Yes"
Enter the email address and password and click "Connect"
