Both FC-ADMIN and FC-STUDENT should almost always be the intended, respective network you’re connecting to connect to.

The credentials to log on to these networks is governed by your Felician email credentials. As such, note that if you change your password, you will be unable to connect until the underlying credentials on the device in question are updated.

Guests or visitors of the university - intended for those with no Felician account.

The FC-GUEST network is a restricted network and RESHALL-GUEST networks are restricted networks intended solely for those (e.g., visitors) who have no credentials or access to the other networks. It is suitable only for basic internet access and when connected to this network, access to certain functionally will be denied. Additionally, bandwidth is restricted.

FC-ADMIN

Faculty and staff.

The FC-ADMIN network is an authenticated network intended for faculty and staff, and in most cases, can act as a direct substitute for a wired connection.

RESHALL-STUDENT

Students.

The FC-STUDENT and RESHALL-STUDENT network is networks are an authenticated network intended for faculty and staffstudents, and in most cases, can act as a direct substitute for a wired connection.

During the summer of 2019, the Felician IT department replaced all 95 of the existing wireless access points and switches with new, faster units. They are setup with 2 new networks being broadcasted, RESHALL-STUDENT and RESHALL-GUEST.

The RESHALL-STUDENT network uses your Felician email address and password to connect. This is the preferred network for all students.
