Connecting on Chrome OS

This article will guide you through connecting to the Felician wireless when using a Chrome OS device such as a Chromebook.

Connecting to FC-ADMIN or FC-STUDENT

In the bottom right corner of the screen…

  1. In the bottom right of the screen, click the Wi-Fi icon and go to Settings. Click Add Wi-Fi… and then click the Advanced button in the bottom left of the window that pops up.

  2. Enter and ensure the settings are as follows:

SSID

FC-ADMIN or FC-STUDENT

EAP method

PEAP

Phase 2 authentication

MSCHAPv2

Server CA certificate

Do not check

Identity

Felician email address

Password

Felician email password

Connecting to FC-GUEST

This network is restricted and only useful for basic internet functionality. If you are an employee or student, you should prefer to use FC-ADMIN or FC-STUDENT respectively.

  1. Select FC-GUEST out of the list of wireless networks

  2. Try to browse the web and navigate to a website, you should be redirected to a login portal

  3. When prompted, enter the following credentials

guest

Password

wirele55 (note: the last couple digits are the number five)
