Reset Password - Office 365 & Felician Hub
Registering for Password Reset will ensure you’ll be able to regain access to your Felician account without helpdesk assistance.
Getting started
Currently, your primary Felician account (username@felician.edu or username@students.felician.edu) can be used for the following systems - the Felician Hub/Self-Service and all apps within, Office 365, Library database access, Zoom, campus computers, and more.
Password Reset registration must be completed before you can reset your password.
Additionally, you must be able to log into your account in order to complete this step.
Resetting this password will immediately affect the accounts/systems above.
For example, if you have the wireless set up on your phone, you will need to update the password there after a successful password reset.
Registering for Password Reset
Registering for this feature will allow you to tie various recovery methods such as your cell phone or personal email to your Felician account. If you are ever locked out or forget your password, these will be used as the alternate contact and verification methods to help you regain access to your account. This information is not set on your account until you add it, so trying to reset your password prior to adding it will result in an error as there’s nothing on file to use as verification.
Once at the registration page, click the Add method button to proceed, then follow the on screen instructions. We very strongly recommend adding multiple recovery methods.

Resetting your password
Once registered, there's 2 ways you can reset your password.
If your reset is being rejected, your password is likely too weak or includes common terms.
Consider creating a phrase consisting of several random words, with additional numbers, symbols, or spaces, such as:
