Contacting the Helpdesk

Need to contact the Felician University helpdesk for technical support or to let us know about an upcoming event? We have email ticketing, phone support, and on-site locations on both campuses.

Please include as much detail as possible in your requests.
If you need to leave a phone message, be sure to include a callback number.
